Acceptance of terms

By visiting healing-skin.com, booking a consultation, enrolling in a training program, or purchasing a product through us, you agree to these terms.

Medical disclaimer

Information on this site is for general educational purposes and is not a substitute for personalized medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Outcomes described are typical of clinical experience but vary by patient. No specific result is guaranteed.

If you have a medical condition or are considering a treatment, schedule a consultation with Dr. Rusnak or your own physician before making decisions.

Appointments and cancellations

All treatments are by appointment. Consultations and deposits secure your scheduled appointment time. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before an appointment may forfeit any deposit paid.

Training program enrollment

Deposits: Training deposits ($500 for masterclasses, varies for other programs) are non-refundable but transferable. If your schedule changes, we will move you to a future cohort in any city.

Tuition balance: Tuition balances are due two weeks before class start. Bloodborne Pathogen certification (where applicable) is the student’s responsibility prior to attending.

Materials & certification: Student manuals and certificates are released upon full tuition payment and successful course completion.

Financing

Healing Skin Medical Aesthetics partners with Cherry, Klarna, and Affirm for financing. All financing terms — interest, monthly payments, eligibility — are set and managed by the financing provider, not by Healing Skin. We are not a lender.

Intellectual property

All content on this website — text, images, videos, training curricula, methodologies, photography, and brand materials — is the property of Healing Skin Medical Aesthetics, Dr. Rusnak Academy, and their licensors. Reproducing, redistributing, or using this content commercially without written permission is prohibited.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Healing Skin Medical Aesthetics is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website. Treatment-related liability is governed separately by your signed consent forms and Florida medical practice law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.

Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
